Do yourself a favor & get up there for a weekend. Relaxing, friendly, awesome breakfast, great native birds & fauna & a friendly slobber dog! No better way to unwind. An easy drive from Perth, it's the country on the verge of the city.
And I gave the Float a go as well.
Before I went in I was a doubter, but afterwards my body felt great. Relaxed & refreshed. In particular, my normal. niggling knee pain completely vanished for several days!!

Happy Campers we were. Had an amazing time, family & nature makes good memories and the Endeavor at Lancelin is a top spot.
We are already missing our serenity at Moore River with Hubby, Kids & Dog,
Thanks "Uncle Shrek" for the hospitality.

I did a big run & was hurting, so I said to the missus " lets go somewhere & relax for a night or two." "Yay, Margaret River." she said...... I said "P*ss off, I'm not driving for 3 bloody hours each way", so I got on Google, found this place & thought we would give it a go.
Great decision by me I must say!
We kicked back doing nothing but relaxing, watching the animals & birdlife while sipping the odd beverage. They offered us plenty of things to do, but I just said "Thanks but, No thanks, we are here to relax." And that's just what we did. The 2 biggest highlights for me would be;
Number 1. The Floatation Therapy Room- It fixed all my sore muscles. Next time I run a half marathon, I am definitely booking in a Floatation session for the following day.
Number 2. This was my breakfast!! I had the best omelette ever made with True fresh Free Range eggs.
Thank-you Bradley & Annie for such a relaxing weekend.

Wow! What a weekend!
Well there is only one way I can review this, & that is in two parts.
Firstly the Bed & Breakfast, with nice clean themed rooms, it was a great start. The room had a TV, fridge & reverse cycle air-con to keep me cozy. The property itself was relaxing & offered plenty to enjoy. Its seems that this is a location I had often skipped in the past, choosing to travel further North, but that is a mistake I wont make again. There is a lot to do in the area & a weekend was too short to fit it all in. Not a bad thing, as it means I will be back to enjoy more of what the region has to offer.
Now for the Float Tank - I was a little skeptical at first & not sure what to expect. It was an experience all of it's own. Immersed for an hour, it was pure bliss, re-energizing myself. It is something that truly has to be experienced to understand. Take the plunge, turn out the lights & let the weightless sensation take you away to unload the stresses of modern day life.
I will be back!!
A big thank-you to my hosts Anne & Brad for their hospitality.
